If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days free of charge. You must postmark your items for return within 30 days of delivery receipt to be eligible for a refund. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for your return.
** Special Holiday Season Return Policy: All orders which reach the 30-day return period before December 31st, 2023 have an extended grace period until January 10th, 2023 to start a return.
While we offer free returns, if you would like to exchange your item, we do require you pay an exchange fee ($7-$10) to help cover the costs of processing and shipping the new item(s).
If there is a quality issue with any of the items you recieve, we are happy to send replacements! We require photo proof of damage and that you notify us of this damage within 30 days of receiving your order.

Our Reversible Tray Inserts are made of a premium, sturdy proprietary plastic material with a glossy finish. Our Bamboo Inserts are made of natural bamboo with an all-natural food-grade protectant.
All of our trays and inserts are food-safe and washable with soap and water. Do not put in dishwasher.
To ensure your tray and inserts stay in beautiful condition for all your gatherings in the years to come, clean the tray and inserts with a soft damp cloth and dish soap if needed (do not put in the dishwasher). Always wipe up spills and thoroughly dry both the tray and the inserts before storing the inserts back inside the tray after use. If liquid spills, do not leave an insert inside the tray for an extended period of time to avoid liquid damage. Do not use knives and/or sharp utensils directly on the Reversible Glossy Inserts. If you would like to serve cheese (or another food item that requires cutting and/or sharp utensils) on one of our Reversible Glossy Inserts, we recommend using a small cutting board on top of the insert.

Our Bamboo Charcuterie Inserts are the best for serving cheese, charcuterie, and other food items that require knives or cutting/sharp utensils (ie. cheese knives, sharp knives, etc.). If you would like to serve cheese (or another food item that requires cutting and/or sharp utensils) on one of our Reversible Inserts, we recommend using a small cutting board on top of the insert or pre-cutting your food items.
Yes, we charge $7-$9 per order for shipping, depending on the size of the order. For express 3-day shipping, we charge $28. Holiday deals and bundles include free shipping and there is no additional charge as noted on our website's sales descriptions.
All orders to Canada are charged an international shipping fee of $35
