  • Does the purchase of a tray include an insert?
    No. Inserts and trays are sold seperately.
  • What are your products made of?
    Our tray is made of premium acrylic plastic. Our Reversible Glossy Inserts are made of Styrene plastic (very similar to acrylic) with a glossy finish. Our Bamboo Inserts are made of natural bamboo with an all-natural food-grade protectant. Our Porcelain Inserts are made of thin porcelain tile.
  • How should I care for my tray and inserts?
    To ensure your tray and inserts stay in beautiful condition for all your gatherings in the years to come, clean the tray and inserts with a soft damp cloth and dish soap if needed (do not put in the dishwasher). Always wipe up spills and thoroughly dry both the tray and the inserts before storing the inserts back inside the tray after use. If liquid spills, do not leave an insert inside the tray for an extended period of time to avoid liquid damage. Do not use knives and/or sharp utensils directly on the Reversible Glossy Inserts. If you would like to serve cheese (or another food item that requires cutting and/or sharp utensils) on one of our Reversible Glossy Inserts, we recommend using a small cutting board on top of the insert.
  • Are your products dishwasher safe?
    No, our products are not dishwasher safe. We recommend cleaning the tray and inserts with a soft damp cloth and dish soap if needed. After use, thoroughly dry the inserts and tray before storing the inserts back inside the tray.
  • Which inserts are best for cheese/charcuterie and other food items?
    So glad you asked - we love a good cheese board around here! Our Porcelain and Bamboo Inserts are the best for serving cheese, charcuterie, and other food items that require knives or cutting/sharp utensils (ie. cheese knives, sharp knives, etc.). If you would like to serve cheese (or another food item that requires cutting and/or sharp utensils) on one of our Reversible Glossy Inserts, we recommend using a small cutting board on top of the insert.
  • What is your return policy?
    If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days free of charge. You must postmark your items for return within 30 days of delivery receipt to be eligible for a refund.
  • How do I start a return?

  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
  • Do you charge sales tax?
    We charge sales tax on purchases with shipping and or billing addresses within the State of California.
  • Do you charge for shipping?
    Yes, we charge $3-$7 per order for shipping, depending on the size of the order. We offer free shipping on orders over $100.
  • What is the status of my order?
    Tracking information is provided via email once the product has shipped. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please email info@statementhome.com to receive the status of your order.
  • Where does Statement Home ship to?
    We ship to all 50 states of the United States and the District of Columbia
  • How long does it take for my shipment to arrive?
    Generally, our shipments take 3-7 business days.
