We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Special Holiday Season Return Policy: All orders which reach the 30-day return period before December 31st, 2023 have an extended grace period until January 10th, 2023 to start a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase, or order confirmation email.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@statementhome.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We are happy to facilitate an exchange with you. First, you must initiate and complete a return within 30 days via the return policy above. Instead of receiving a refund for your items, we will ship you your desired replacement item.

We charge an exchange shipping fee of $7 - $10 (depending on the items) to help us cover us the cost of shipping you the new items.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We require that you notify us of any damage or issues via email at info@statementhome.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you giving your purchase as a gift, we recommend that you open your package to make sure everything is right before you give the items as a gift.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
